Lace Renovation: Every 2-3 months or however often you want, you may send your wig back to our headquarters for a ..."refreshing". You may tend to feel like with other brands you need to throw out a wig once the lace has worn out and the hair isn't so fresh out the package. Don't play yourself! Save money and send us your wig back and let us bring your @HERVIXENWIGS unit back to life! (you will have to pay and ship your wig to us yourself through your local post office - within 24 hrs of your order we will text and/or email you our P.O. Box address.)
What is the process:
Buy a frontal and or closure that matches the length of your original wig, wigs 28" and longer will come with a 26" frontal/closure replacement. Lace type must match. i.e - if you bought a closure wig, you can only replace it with a new closure and not a frontal - vice versa.
We will remove the old lace, replace it with your newly purchased lace.
Professionally deep condition, revive the color with a clear gloss for a glass like finish, re-style and send it back to you complimentary. It'll be as if you received a brand NEW wig. Fee includes new lace and renovation service.

Purchasing from this site you understand and agree that all sales are final - due to sanitation and customization purposes, we can not resale once orders are shipped. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are not accepted.
We are not responsible for lost packages shipped to us, if your package is lost by the shipping provider you chose to ship to us for renovation, it must be resolved with shipping carrier. We are only responsible for your wig once it is in our possession - which will be confirmed once received via your contact information provided.
