Refund Policy - Terms and Conditions
Purchasing from this site you understand and agree that all sales are final - due to sanitation and customization purposes, we can not resale once orders are shipped, used, or lace has been cut or altered. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance. Shipping for alterations will be covered by (you) the customer, unless it is at our fault. i.e wrong order, product. This is listed throughout our website & product descriptions.
Please understand when ordering hair extensions from our site as a custom order where custom color is included in your service or order, due to the science of working with hair coloring "chemicals", each item being made by hand and not factory produced, as well as the nature of human hair - some variations of the color may be slightly different to how it appears in product photo. We can not guarantee an exact replication - but aim to create a custom product that is nearly close to the original. These variations DO NOT warrant a refund.
(You) as the customer are responsible for measuring your head circumference for custom wig units so that the wig will fit your head perfectly. We make the wig based off of the measurements provided to us. An order can not even be placed for custom wigs without YOU the customer selecting the circumference of your head. If unit does not fit accordingly, it is at the fault of the customer.
Custom wigs take a processing time of 7-10 business days after purchase is initiated, please keep that in mind before ordering. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm order and to also inform you once your wig construction has begun. Please do not use social media as a form of contact for customer service for your order, but instead email firstname.lastname@example.org or we may not receive your questions, concerns, and/or order efficiently.
To prevent fraud, your billing address and shipping address for purchases must match or we will immediately cancel order.
All packages retrieved from us will require signature confirmation.
We do not save credit card information, but may or may not save email correspondence, social media correspondence and invoice details up to one year for billing disputes purposes.
